Welcome to the
Lodge of Guiding Light No.7539
The Lodge of Guiding Light is a close-knit and friendly masonic lodge that meets 4 times per year at the splendid Freemason's Hall in central London. In addition to our main meetings we run an extensive schedule of LOI's (Lodges of Instruction), social events and online talks. We pride ourselves on the standard of our work and the warmth of our welcome to new members, joining members and visitors.
Are you a Freemason looking for
a Lodge of Instruction?
We pride ourselves on the standard our ritual, and run regular Lodges of Instruction on Thursday evenings at Freemason's Hall in central London. We have a few LOI spaces available for visitors. You do NOT need to join our lodge to come along, and our sessions run from 7.30pm to 9pm - usually followed by some light refreshments in the pub!
If your lodge doesn't have LOIs - and you'd like some help with your ritual - why not come along and make some more masonic friends?
Are you interested in becoming a Freemason with the Lodge of Guiding Light?

Frequently asked questions
Whether you are considering becoming a Freemason or looking for a new lodge to join, you probably have a few questions to ask. Becoming a Freemason requires some serious thought. Membership should never be to the detriment of your work, family or home life. After-all, it's supposed to be fun! However, there is a commitment to pay your annual fees, support our charitable causes when circumstances allow and, if possible, attend our LOIs (Lodges of Instruction).
Have a look at our FAQs page, or get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
